  Benefits of Y Yo og ga a?  It can be modified to suit a person in any state of ill health or temporary injury.  Flexibility can be enhanced enabling the body to function more efficiently, allowing muscles to relax and stretch.  The state of mind in Y Yo og ga a is introverted which increases bodily awareness.  Strength, stamina and balance are normally increased through Y Yo og ga a asanas or postures, although most Y Yo og ga a
