c.丙方保证交付所给甲方的货物在产地，规品、数量等方面与订购合同的规定严格一致;如有不符，丙方应承担所有法律责任并赔偿甲方因此而遭受的海关处罚。
d.如销售合同及订购合同的规定与本协议不符，以本协议的规定为准。
